2008/755 Training needs analysis of Australian Seafood CRC industry participants

Determining the training priorities for its industry participants is one of the priority activities of the 'A,B Sea' Theme Business Plan. Part of this activity is to determine what training could be provided by its higher education members. Processes have been introduced into the CRC to manage this program. To establish what training was needed exactly the use of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was considered the right approach. Upon completion of this CRC could have a clear understanding of what training was needed. This report identifies areas in the seafood industry where traning is needed.
